Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I am happy to share the recipe with you. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

In a deep bowl, combine the egg and water. Add 0.5 tsp salt, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, mix well, and gradually add flour in parts. Knead until you have a firm and elastic dough. Shape it into a ball, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Step 3

For the filling, combine the minced meat and finely diced onion. Add salt, ground black pepper to taste, and mix well. For juiciness, you can add a little ice water.
- 4
Step 4

Cut off a piece of dough, roll it into a "sausage" shape, and cut the dough into small pieces. Roll each piece in flour, flatten it, place a portion of filling in the center, then shape into a dumpling in whatever way is convenient. Prepare all dumplings in this manner.
- 5
Step 5

Pour oil into a cauldron, heat it up, then add grated carrots and diced onions.
- 6
Step 6

Sauté the vegetables until soft, then add the bell pepper cut into thin strips.
- 7
Step 7

Sauté everything together for two minutes, then add the tomato pulp grated on a grater (I discard the skin). Add garlic cut into small cubes and your favorite spices to taste.
- 8
Step 8

Continue simmering everything together for 3-5 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

Then add boiling water and salt to taste. The amount of water depends on the desired thickness and the number of dumplings. Bring everything to a boil and add the dumplings.
- 10
Step 10

Boil everything together until fully cooked. At the end, add fresh herbs if desired.
- 11
Step 11

You can serve dumplings with broth, or you can just serve them plain.
