So why am I suggesting a simple recipe for dumplings with vinegar? Well, my grandmother has always been used to eating dumplings with vinegar, and you simply can't convince her otherwise. So I decided to help my granny by making her favorite dumplings healthier and even more delicious. And I succeeded! So let me tell you how to make dumplings with vinegar in a new way. Serve hot.

1. Prepare the dough. Sift the flour, add salt, egg, and gradually pour in water and milk. Knead a firm dough, preferably by hand. Set aside in the refrigerator for now.

2. Now mix the minced meat with chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Knead until smooth and uniform.

3. Roll out the chilled dough into a sheet, cut out identical circles using a glass. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each circle. Pinch the edges together.

4. Boil in salted water with bay leaf and pepper. Remove the cooked dumplings, and now we'll use the broth to make the sauce!

5. Add vinegar (about 1 tablespoon), mustard (1 tablespoon), and herbs to the water in which the dumplings were boiled (about 1 cup). Pour this sauce over the dumplings and serve!
