
Pumpkin and meat dumplings
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The dumplings turn out not only filling but also nutritious. A great way to feed pumpkin to all the picky eaters who don't like this wonderful orange vegetable. The pumpkin is barely noticeable, yet it adds juiciness to the filling. Make a note of this recipe. Prepare all the ingredients.

Pour water into a deep bowl, add 1 tsp of salt, one egg, and beat everything slightly.

Add the flour in parts.

Knead a firm and elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. Shape it into a ball, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 20–30 minutes.

Add finely chopped onion, finely grated pumpkin, salt, and ground black pepper to the minced meat. You can also add your favorite spices and a couple of garlic cloves.

Mix everything thoroughly.

Cut off a piece of dough, roll it into a sausage shape, and cut it into small pieces.

Roll out the pieces into a circle and place the filling in the center.
