
Homemade dumplings
Description
The recipe won't take much time. With the specified amount of ingredients, you'll get about 270–300 small dumplings. Although the process takes quite a while, the result is definitely worth it. That's why I'm eager to share this wonderful version with you. Serve hot.

1. Measure 3 cups of flour and sift it into a deep bowl.

2. Into the same glass, break the eggs and add salt.

3. Fill the glass with water to the top, mix thoroughly.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with flour.

5. Mix everything until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for about 15 minutes.

6. Transfer the dough onto the table, add more flour if necessary, and knead for at least 7–10 minutes. Then wrap it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator.

7. Wash the beef and pork, dry them, and pass through a meat grinder. You can also use ready-made minced meat.

8. Peel the onion, pass it through a meat grinder or blend it in a blender. Add to the minced meat along with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

9. When the filling is ready, you can start shaping the dumplings. Roll the dough into a rope, then cut it into small pieces.

10. On a floured surface, roll out a piece of dough into a thin round.
