Chicken Liver Cake with Milk
Description
Unlike a cake made from beef or pork liver, an appetizer made from chicken liver has a less pronounced liver flavor and aroma, which is due to the characteristics of chicken liver. This recipe is considered classic. The appetizer liver cake is prepared with milk added, baked in a skillet, and assembled with layers of carrot and onion between the cakes. In addition, there are other liver cake recipes. I would be glad if my version is useful to you. Serve the appetizer at the table.
