Baked potatoes in the oven wrapped in foil
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I suggest garnishing this potato dish with fresh herbs before serving. It's worth noting that the cheese sauce with broccoli turns out wonderfully delicious. It pairs perfectly with chicken, meat, or fish when served as a main course with baked potatoes as a side dish. Give it a try—it will be very tasty. Serve the finished dish immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

First, wash the potatoes, prick each one all over with a fork, and wrap each potato tightly in foil. Bake for one hour at 180 degrees.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the cooked potato in half lengthwise into two parts, one smaller than the other, as shown in the photo.

Step 3

Use a teaspoon to remove the pulp. You should end up with little boat-shaped shells. Combine the remaining pulp with milk, 50 g of butter, salt, pepper, and mash into a puree.

Step 4

For the sauce, melt 4 tablespoons of butter, season with salt and pepper, add flour and fry until golden. Pour in the broth and stir. Then add grated cheese and sour cream. Simmer briefly and add chopped broccoli.

Step 5

Now fill the boats with mashed potatoes and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese on top if desired. Place everything in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
