Liver cake

   Run the liver through a meat grinder. Add eggs, salt, pepper, milk, and flour. Mix everything thoroughly. Bake pancakes from the resulting batter. Finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil. Add egg white grated on a fine grater and minced garlic to the mayonnaise. Begin assembling the “cake”: on each pancake, place fried onion and spread with mayonnaise. Spread the top pancake with mayonnaise and garnish with egg yolk grated on a fine grater. Decorate the sides of the cake with fresh herbs.
