Liver cake with onion and carrot
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Some people like thin pancakes, while others prefer to make them thick. Before serving, the cake needs to rest in the refrigerator for several hours; then it will be juicier and tastier. Serve the cake only chilled. Any liver will work: chicken, turkey, beef, or pork. Serve the appetizer at the table.
