The appetizer is prepared quickly and simply. Such liver pâté in a slow cooker is quite easy to make at home. Step 1

1. I've long wanted to make liver pâté in a slow cooker at home. It turns out it's very easy, and most importantly—tasty and healthy lifestyle-friendly. This time I decided to use turkey liver.

Step 2

2. Soak the liver in milk (to make it more tender and remove excess bitterness), meanwhile slice the onion and carrots. A grater works best.

Step 3

3. Add the onion to the multicooker bowl after lightly frying it in vegetable oil on the "Fry" setting, then add the carrots. Only after that add the liver to the multicooker.

Step 4

4. Now pour in the milk and braise until done on the "Stew" setting. In my slow cooker, the liver cooks in no more than 25 minutes with this recipe.

Step 5

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until done.

Step 6

6. Now transfer all the contents to the blender bowl, add the butter, and blend well. The mixture should be smooth and uniform. That's it—the pâté is ready to serve. Garnish with a sprig of parsley or a pickled gherkin.
