Description

The recipe won't take much time. Liver pancakes are a tasty and healthy dish for lunch or dinner. If you're at your summer house and don't have a stove to cook pancakes on, don't despair. You can easily prepare pancakes in a multicooker. In this wonderful appliance, they turn out even fluffier and juicier than those fried in a pan. Another important advantage is that you won't need a large amount of oil for frying—just one spoonful will be enough. Let me tell you how.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Thoroughly wash the liver and remove all membranes and ducts. Then cut into pieces and mince together with a peeled onion using a meat grinder or blender.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Add salt, pepper, eggs, and flour to the resulting mixture.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Mix everything into a smooth, lump-free mixture. Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes, then mix again. If the liver batter is too runny, add a little more flour.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Grease the inner pot of the multicooker with vegetable oil, set it to "Frying" or "Baking" mode, and let it heat up for about 5 minutes. Then spoon the batter into the pot. It's best to cook four pieces at a time—this way they won't stick together, as the batter tends to spread slightly.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

Fry for about 4 minutes on each side. Before placing a new batch of pancakes, brush the bowl with vegetable oil using a brush.
