Peel the onion and carrot. Take one onion and one carrot, finely chop the onion, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Transfer to a hot skillet with vegetable oil and sauté slightly. Add a little salt and pepper.

Rinse the liver very well, remove the membrane and ducts, and cut into pieces.
