
Liver pancakes without eggs
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Very tasty and healthy liver pancakes can be made without eggs. They will be fluffy and juicy. The recipe is very simple and requires minimal ingredients. Thanks to the potatoes, the pancakes will stay soft even on the second day, and another plus—they are more filling than those made with eggs. Well, I think that's all I wanted to say :) Now you know. Remove the liver from the films and ducts. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut everything into pieces.

Transfer the liver, onion, and garlic to the blender container and blend into a puree.

Peel and wash the potatoes.
