Description

This recipe won't take much time. Liver is equally beneficial for both adults and children. While adults might reluctantly eat liver, it's unlikely you'll be able to make children eat it plain. However, they will gladly eat liver cutlets. With this simple recipe for children's liver cutlets, you can prepare tasty patties and feed your little one. 1. Thoroughly clean the liver from membranes and ducts. Rinse and let excess liquid drain off. 2. Finely mince the liver using a blender or meat grinder. 3. Add salt, egg, and semolina to the minced liver. Mix well and let it sit for 20–30 minutes to allow the semolina to swell. 4. Heat a skillet with a small amount of oil and spoon the liver mixture onto it. Fry over medium-high heat until golden brown, adding more oil as needed. 5. Once browned, place the cutlets in a pan, add a little water, cover with a lid, and steam for about 5 minutes. Then they're ready to serve. Children especially love it when the cutlets are decorated with sour cream and tomato puree. Don't be lazy—draw funny faces or other fun designs :) Serve hot.
