Pork liver
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pan-fried pork liver with soy sauce and green pepper makes a great addition to a side of rice or fresh vegetables. If you like it spicy, feel free to add chili pepper or cayenne pepper. Store the dish in the refrigerator in a container with a tight-fitting lid, and simply reheat in a skillet or microwave before serving. Serve hot.

Add the pork liver to the pepper, mix, season with salt to taste, heat for another 3-5 minutes, and serve.
