Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Of course, if you really want to go back to childhood, you can use margarine instead of butter. But I still prefer to use butter for baking. You can make cookies with any cutters, but if it’s childhood – then a glass! Dive into our mothers’ recipes together with the kids! And I will tell you in detail. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Melt the butter and let it cool.

Add the eggs, honey, sugar, baking soda, and salt to the butter. Beat with a mixer or whisk.

Sift the flour, add it to the butter mixture and gradually knead a soft, elastic dough. Wrap the dough in a bag and place it in the refrigerator for 40‑60 minutes.

Then divide the dough into several parts. Roll out each part to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Cut out the cookie dough using a glass or cutters.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15–20 minutes at 180 °C. Baking time depends on the size of the cookies.
