Description
The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. This shortbread stays fresh for a long time, so feel free to make a large batch. One side of the cookie is traditionally dipped in chocolate, but you can also serve it plain. These cookies are perfect with tea or coffee. Let them cool completely before serving.

1. Place softened butter into the mixer bowl, beat it slightly, then add powdered sugar and continue beating until the mixture turns pale in color.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, then place a sieve and sift the flour directly into the bowl with the butter, mixing everything thoroughly.

3. Pre-chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator, then take it out just before baking. Place the dough into a piping bag and pipe it onto the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and let the cookies cool for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a plate.

5. Break the chocolate into pieces and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds, dip one side of each cookie into the chocolate, then place them on a wire rack or parchment paper. Let the chocolate harden, then serve.
