Description
Homemade baked treats for tea. Tiny flaky cookies shaped like little ears – the perfect dessert. Paired with whipped cream, they make a magical treat for tea or coffee. You won't be able to stop at just one :) Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Roll out the sheet of puff pastry.

2. Fold the dough toward the center from both sides, starting from the edges.

3. Cut the dough with a sharp knife into 2 cm thick pieces.

4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar.
