Melting-in-the-mouth cookies

The recipe won't take much time. Read, serve cooled or slightly warm.

   Sift the flour with the starch.

   Beat the butter with powdered sugar using a mixer.

   Without stopping whisking, gradually add the flour.

   Transfer the dough into a pastry bag and squeeze small balls onto the baking sheet.

   Place the baking sheet in the freezer for an hour. Or even overnight.

   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cookies until golden brown.
