Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. “Asparagus” cookies are a quick bake from the “guests at the door” family of recipes. The recipe comes from a Soviet cookbook. To my taste, there’s slightly too much sugar, so adjust the sugar to suit yourself—it’s what gives these cookies crunch and a golden color. You can easily balance that out by dusting them with far less confectioners’ sugar. This amount of ingredients made 26 finished cookies. They go well with tea or coffee.
