Cookies
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. You can make the cookies more shortbread-like or more distinctly enriched. For the former, roll the dough a bit thinner and bake right after shaping. For the latter, let the shaped pieces proof for 15 minutes, then bake. Choose whichever you like and treat your loved ones. The bake is ready. Serve at the table.
