Chocolate-mint cookies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The combination of mint flavor and aroma with chocolate is one of the most delicious and pleasant. This especially applies to chocolate-mint desserts and baked goods. Such sweets can delight your loved ones and guests regardless of the season, since adding just a mint extract (3/4 teaspoon) or mint oil (1/3 teaspoon) is enough to impart a minty aroma to the dish. For a rich chocolate flavor, I recommend using dark chocolate with a high cocoa content. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
