We start with the base - preparing the dough for cookies. Rub the sugar together with the butter and vanilla. Add the egg to this mixture and mix well. Gradually add baking soda, starch, and flour to the mixture. Mix everything again until you get a dough.

From the prepared dough, form small balls the size of a walnut. Take the neck of a plastic bottle and dip it into cocoa powder. Then press the dough into the neck so that part of the dough goes inside the neck. Gently twist 2-3 times and pull it out. This way you will get a mushroom-shaped treat.

Now that the cookies have taken their final shape, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to the standard baking temperature (about 180 degrees), and bake for approximately 20–30 minutes. Done.
