Apple and cinnamon cookies

Description

The baking is simple and quick. Once the cookies are ready, dust them with powdered sugar and serve. You'll get very tasty and crispy apple and cinnamon cookies. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

   Cut out small squares from the puff pastry. Peel the apples and slice them into small pieces. Place one (or several) apple slice(s) onto each square, then sprinkle with cinnamon. You can optionally use other aromatic spices as desired.

   Now the dough with apples needs to be folded into little envelopes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the future cookies on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown.
