Cookies with boiled condensed milk
Description
Homemade treats for tea. If you don't have condensed milk on hand, don't worry: any thick jam will work well for these cookies. Spread the jam on the cookies and stick them together in pairs. You can dust with powdered sugar before serving for decoration. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
