Simple cottage cheese cookies
Description
The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. I really like using cottage cheese not only for cheesecake, but also for cookies. They stay fresh for a long time, as if just baked. You can cut them with cookie cutters or into random pieces. If your cottage cheese is slightly sour, it will still work well for baking. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
