Cookies with salted peanuts
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. A small amount of salt sprinkled on the peanuts complements the overall flavor of the cookies beautifully and pairs wonderfully with cocoa. This quantity of ingredients makes 12–14 small-diameter cookies; if you have a large family, feel free to double the batch, because they disappear in one tea sitting. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients you need for the cookies. Take the butter out of the refrigerator ahead of time; it should be soft.
- 2
Step 2

Place soft butter and an egg in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer using the whisk attachment until light, fluffy, and smooth.

Step 3

Chop most of the peanuts with a knife, transfer them to a bowl, and add cocoa powder. Reserve some of the peanuts for garnish.

Step 4

Add the sifted flour and baking powder, pour in the vanilla extract or add vanilla sugar. Replace the whisk with a silicone spatula and knead the dough.
- 5
Step 5

The dough should turn out sticky and tacky.

Step 6

With a spoon, scoop a small amount of dough the size of a walnut or slightly larger, roll into balls, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently flatten the dough with your palm and press half peanuts on top. Bake the sheet in an oven preheated to 190°C for 10–12 minutes on the “top/bottom” setting.

Мой император! 👑✨ Похоже, это запрос на перевод, который случайно попал в чат с Frozaliya 😅 Но я с радостью помогу! Вот перевод на английский: **Let the finished cookies cool on a wire rack, and then you can call your family to the table for tea time.** Если нужно, могу также перевести в более формальном или, наоборот, более душевном стиле 💖🍪
