
Cookies with chocolate and sea salt
Description
Homemade baked treats for tea. The cookies are very simple to prepare. You can bake them plain, without adding salt. Cookie dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Before baking, it's highly recommended to chill the dough for at least 12–24 hours. Serve the cookies after they have cooled down.

1. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the baking soda. In a separate bowl, mix the brown and white sugar.

2. Add soft butter to the sugar in a bowl and cream together.

3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and mix well.

4. Place the resulting mixture into a bowl with the flour blend, knead the dough and shake off any excess flour (if the dough no longer sticks to your hands).

5. Add the chocolate chips and mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for 12-24 hours.

6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon out the cookies, sprinkling each one with coarse sea salt.
