Cookies with chocolate and marshmallow

Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Melt marshmallow on cookies in the oven, while simultaneously melting chocolate in the microwave or saucepan. Press a cookie with marshmallow onto another cookie, then drizzle with chocolate. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1
1. Place one or two pieces of your favorite chocolate on each of the 12 cookies and put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes, until the chocolate becomes soft and starts to melt.

2. Preheat the grill. Place the marshmallow halves, cut side down, on the remaining half of the cookies. Grill until golden brown, 30 to 45 seconds.

3. Immediately place the chocolate cookies on top of the marshmallow and gently press down. Done!
