
Cookies with chocolate and orange
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This recipe combines everything my children love: citrus flavor, crispy dough, chocolate. I recommend preparing these cookies for a children's party or Christmas. I've described it here. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

Finely grate the zest from an orange. Melt the butter in a water bath.

Sift flour, salt, and baking soda into one bowl. In another container, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, egg yolk, and zest.

In the third bowl, blend the butter and sugar with a blender at medium speed for 2 minutes. Then, gradually add the egg mixture, continuously blending.

Next, add the dry mixture. Knead the dough. Add the chocolate. Mix once again. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.

Now divide the finished dough into equal balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Slightly flatten the pieces.

Bake the cookies at 190 degrees in the oven for 12 minutes. Serve cooled.
