Fortune cookies
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Here's a very interesting yet straightforward recipe for fortune cookies, and I'm sure both you and your guests will be delighted with this treat! I even tricked my guests by saying these were store-bought cookies. You should have seen their surprise when all the fortunes turned out to be surprisingly accurate. Well, of course—they were written by me! Use your imagination and go create something wonderful. The baking is done. Serve it at the table.

1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar until uniform. Add water and beaten egg whites whipped into a fluffy foam. Knead into a smooth dough and roll it out into a flat sheet.

2. Now form small flatbreads, folding each one in half. To leave enough space inside for the note, use a pencil. Bake them directly with the pencil for 5-10 minutes at 200 degrees, until the cookies turn golden.

3. Now remove the pencil and replace it with a small piece of paper. Bake the cookies for a couple more minutes.
