Cookies with melted cheese and Provence herbs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'd like to warn you in advance that for this cookie, hard cheese is better than soft processed cheese. Choose cheese without any additives, the simplest kind. The finished cookies make a wonderful addition to lunch or dinner and can even replace bread. Surprise your loved ones, as now you know. Can be served with tea or coffee.
