Cookies with jam filling
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare the cookies in advance and serve them with tea for breakfast or take them along as a snack. You can use any jam (or preserve) for the filling. Place the jam in the freezer beforehand—it will be much easier to work with. The cookies are prepared very quickly, so you'll be able to enjoy them in just half an hour.

Step 3

3. Divide the dough into 4 parts, then divide each part into 3 pieces, and shape each into a small circle. Flatten the circles into small rounds, place a bit of jam in the center, quickly seal the filling inside, and roll into a ball.
