Lavender Cookies
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Lavender cookies are perfect for serving with tea to guests. You'll surprise your guests with this unusual dessert! These cookies are made by my friend's grandmother, and she's been making them for a very long time. I was amazed by how easy they are to prepare! I love light, non-yeast dough. I suggest you treat yourself to this unique delight. The baked goods are ready. Serve them at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Beat the butter, gradually adding sugar to it.
- 2
Step 2

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Add lavender to the oil, stir.
- 3
Step 3

Mix the flour with salt, add to the butter. Knead the dough and refrigerate for two hours.
- 4
Step 4

Prepare a surface for rolling out the cookies. Sprinkle the surface with flour so the dough doesn't stick. Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Cut off pieces and roll them into small balls.
- 5
Step 5

Take a glass. Grease the bottom of the glass on the outside with butter. Now use the bottom of the glass to press out "pancakes" from the dough balls.
- 6
Step 6

The oven should be preheated to 300 degrees. Bake the cookies in it for about 20 minutes, until they are golden brown.
