
Cookies with goat cheese
Description
You can use special molds for baking or shape the cookies by hand. You can knead the dough by hand or with a mixer. Serve the cookies either chilled or slightly warm. The cookies will spread during baking, so place them a short distance apart. The baking is done. Serve at the table.

1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and ground black pepper. Rub the flour mixture with the butter.

2. Finely chop the onion, add it to the flour mixture, make a well in the center, pour in the buttermilk (kefir), and add the goat cheese. Mix until a sticky dough forms, then turn it out onto a floured surface and knead briefly several times.

3. Manually shape into a round flatbread, slightly flatten it.

4. Cut the flatbread into 8 wedges, then brush off the flour from the flatbread using a pastry brush.

5. Place the wedges on a baking sheet, spaced slightly apart, and brush with the remaining buttermilk (kefir).

6. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
