Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can use frozen strawberries for making the cookies, or you may substitute other berries. You can prepare the dough in advance, for example in the morning, then refrigerate it and use it later in the day. Serve the cookies after they have cooled, decorated with chocolate or other icing. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.

    1. Wash the strawberries, cut them into cubes. Place in a bowl and add sugar and juice from half a lemon. Mix well and set aside for a while.

    2. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt, then add the cold butter cut into pieces to the mixture and rub into crumbs. Add 1 cup of cream and mix the dough.
