Oatmeal Cookies
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. In just 30-35 minutes, your kitchen will be filled with the wonderful aroma of freshly baked cookies. And once the cookies have cooled down, you'll be able to enjoy not only their fragrance but also their taste. Personally, I love having these cookies with warm milk or cocoa—it instantly brings back childhood memories. The baking is done. Serve and enjoy.
Instructions

Step 1

Soak the raisins in a cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Using a mixer, blend the butter and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well. Then add all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Drain the water from the raisins and dry them with a paper towel. Add them to the dough and knead. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Step 3

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter. Shape the cookies by hand and place them on the baking sheet.

Step 4

We will bake the cookies for about 20 minutes. When you notice they have turned golden, check for doneness. Break one cookie in half: if the center is not sticky, they are ready.
