1. Grind the tea in a food processor until it becomes a powder. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, tea, and salt, then set aside.

2. In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and finely grated orange zest with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy, about 3 minutes. Reduce speed to low, gradually add the flour mixture, and beat until smooth.

3. Divide the dough in half. Place each half on a piece of parchment paper and shape into a log about 3.5 cm in diameter. Wrap the dough and freeze for 1 hour.
