Banana and oatmeal cookies
Description
Homemade treats for tea. This recipe is very easy to prepare, and the cookies are delicious both warm and cold. For extra sweetness, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar. You can also add cinnamon, candied fruits, berries, ginger, prunes, etc. during preparation. You can shape the cookies thick, so they turn out soft and tender inside, or make them thin for a crispy texture. Serve with tea or coffee.
