Peanut Butter Cookies
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. These little cookies with candies in the center will be loved by everyone. They are incredibly easy and fast to make. Serve them warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, vegetable fat, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer at medium speed. Add the egg and beat.

2. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Add to the egg mixture, beating on low speed until smooth.

3. Using a spoon, place the dough onto a greased baking sheet. The cookies should be spaced about 5 cm apart. With a fork, make a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie, flattening it slightly and shaping it into a round form.

4. Bake for 7-8 minutes, until the edges begin to turn brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes. Then place Hershey’s Kisses in the center of each cookie, gently pressing them down.

5. Let the cookies cool completely on parchment paper or a wire rack. Store only completely cooled cookies in a container; otherwise, the candy centers may get damaged or smudged.
