Description

1. Bring 60 grams of butter to a boil and let it simmer to evaporate excess moisture. Then remove the butter from heat and add the remaining 60 grams of butter. Melt it and slightly cool the mixture.

2. Add all the sugar to it and start beating at a low speed. Add the egg and beat lightly with a mixer. Sift the flour and add baking powder and salt to it.

3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients. Add the candies and stir well. With hands greased with vegetable oil, shape the cookies, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and decorate the tops with candies.
