Description
Homemade pastries for tea. For the cookies, it is better to choose small apples. The smaller the fruits, the smaller the cookies will be, and vice versa. The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. You can involve children in the cooking process. Can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Melt the butter.

Add flour, 2 tbsp sugar, vanilla powder, baking powder, and salt.

Add sour cream. Stir. Start kneading the dough with a spoon; as soon as it becomes difficult to mix, knead by hand.

The finished dough should be soft and pliable. Wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
