Prepare shortcrust pastry using 350 grams of flour, 200 grams of butter, half of the sugar we have, one egg, a pinch of salt, zest of one lemon, and vanilla to taste.

Knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.

While the dough is chilling in the refrigerator, prepare the almond mixture. For this, melt the remaining butter, sugar, honey, and cream in a heatproof dish. Add finely chopped candied fruits and sliced almonds to the mixture, and stir thoroughly.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out into a 3-5 mm thick sheet. Prick the dough with a fork, then place it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 6 minutes.
