Description
My kids really love these delicious cookies with jelly filling. The bright, flavorful filling creates a festive feeling. Plus, the croissants taste amazing. If you have plenty of jelly, you can involve the kids in making these croissants :) The recipe for jelly-filled croissants is quite simple, using common ingredients. I'll explain how. Serve them with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Melt the butter slightly, then add sour cream, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Mix well and add flour.
- 2
Step 2

Knead a smooth dough. Add the flour in parts. The amount needed depends on both the flour quality and the thickness of the sour cream. The dough should not be too thick and should not stick to your hands. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll each part into a circle and cut into triangular segments.

Step 4

Place a piece of marmalade on the wide edge of the segment. It's best to use heat-resistant marmalade, as it won't leak out during baking. You can use popular lemon or orange marmalade pieces. Cut large marmalade pieces into smaller ones so that the marmalade doesn't extend beyond the edges of the dough.

Step 5

Wrap the marmalade in the dough, shaping it into croissants. Start rolling from the wide edge of the dough.

Step 6

Place the croissants on a baking sheet lightly greased with butter or lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, until the croissants are golden brown.
