
Handmade decorated cookies
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Despite appearing complex, making this cookie is easy. You can involve children in the process—this activity will delight them and keep them entertained for a long time. You can create many different colors, use colored sprinkles, various decorations, although the icing itself is already a decoration. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. I crack the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and whisk them with a whisk, then add softened butter.

2. Using a mixer, beat the mixture until it reaches a uniform consistency.

3. I sift the flour in advance and mix it with the baking powder, then add it to the butter and eggs.

4. Knead a soft and elastic dough.

5. Divide all the dough into 2 equal parts. Place one part into a plastic bag, and add cocoa to the second part, mix well, then place it into another bag and put into the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

6. Roll out the dough into a sheet about 0.5 cm thick, then cut out cookies using cookie cutters, and transfer them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. This yields several trays of black-and-white cookies.
