Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Inside, a “Raffaello” cookie with a nut. You can use almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, or even salted pistachios—it will be very tasty. The cookies bake quickly; after 12–15 minutes you can already check for doneness. For tea for family and guests, this is a great idea. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the ingredients. First of all, turn on the oven and preheat it to 180 degrees.

Combine the egg with sour cream and 2 tablespoons of condensed milk. Beat until smooth.

Place the softened butter.

Add sifted flour and baking soda.

Knead the dough. If the dough is overly soft, you can put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Pinch off a piece of dough, shape it into a flatbread. Place a nut in the center and seal it, forming a ball.

Place the cookies in a pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 15 minutes.
