Cookies with cottage cheese

1. The cookies are easy to make, and their base is cottage cheese. Prepare the margarine or butter in advance (let it sit at room temperature for a while).

2. Grate the margarine on a coarse grater and add sugar. Rub the ingredients together until smooth. Add vanilla sugar and baking soda (activated with vinegar).
