Cookies (very delicious meringue)
Description
Surely every homemaker has a trusted meringue recipe, but be sure to try this one. The cookies turn out delicious, with a delicate chocolate aroma and an incredibly tender texture—simply melting in your mouth. You can pipe the meringue onto a baking sheet using a pastry bag, a sturdy plastic bag, or even a spoon—all methods work well. These meringues can also be used to decorate cakes and desserts—they look elegant and festive.
