Description
Homemade baked goods to go with tea. Cookie dough should be shaped right after kneading. If you knead it for too long, the butter may start to separate, which will harm the finished product. You can use any nuts you like for the cookies.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a bowl, combine 1 egg and sugar. Beat with a mixer until light, fluffy, and white.

Add honey and vegetable oil. Whisk again.

Add the flour and baking powder. Knead a soft, pliable dough. It should not stick to your hands.

Lightly dust the work surface with flour. Roll out the dough into a sheet 3–5 mm thick.

Give the sheet texture. You can do this with a potato masher.

Use a cookie cutter to cut out the cookies.

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the cookies onto it. Brush them with egg. In the centre, place half a nut, pressing it in slightly. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 8–10 minutes.

After the specified time has elapsed, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Transfer the finished cookies to a serving dish and let them cool.
