Description
Homemade baked treats for tea. Beautifully decorated and very simple to prepare. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Beat the butter and 300 grams of sugar. Add 2 eggs.

Add flour and knead the dough.

Beat egg whites with lemon juice and 330 g of sugar until stiff peaks form. Divide the whites into two parts and transfer 1/4 of the total mass into a separate plate. Add cocoa powder to it.

Cut out circles from the dough. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes.

Now decorate. Using a knife, spread the chocolate-colored whites over the cookies. Then, using a pastry syringe with a fine tip, apply the light-colored royal icing in a spiral pattern. Use the tip of a knife to drag across the surface of the icing.
