Cookies with condensed milk
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you replace eggs in the recipe with only egg yolks, the dough becomes even more tender and crumbly. You can buy condensed milk for the filling ready-made or cook it at home directly in the can.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

To make the nutlets, prepare the necessary ingredients. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so it softens. Sift the flour through a sieve. It's better to grind the sugar into powder, otherwise it might not have time to dissolve in the dough.
- 2
Step 2

Mix soft butter with powdered sugar.
- 3
Step 3

Then add the eggs to the bowl.
- 4
Step 4

Add the baking soda and vanilla. Gradually add the flour, mixing it into the dough. You may need slightly more or less flour than specified in the recipe—adjust according to the dough's consistency.
- 5
Step 5

The finished dough easily forms into a ball. It is tender and soft.
- 6
Step 6

Roll the dough into balls slightly smaller than a walnut.
- 7
Step 7

The nut maker can be electric or gas-powered. Bake the shells for the nuts.
- 8
Step 8

When the shells turn golden, remove them from the waffle iron and let cool.
- 9
Step 9

Fill the shortbread shells with condensed milk and press them together to form little sandwich cookies.
- 10
Step 10

Use the finest grater along the edges.
- 11
Step 11

The nuts are ready!
